How does Munch work?

Munch exists to make your life easier. Simply join our email list- it's free! Every Monday you will receive an email with an updated lunch menu to order for the next week. Place your orders by Wednesday at noon, and everything will be ready Sunday at 6 to pick up or delivery after 7 (within a 5 mile radius of West Des Moines). 

What Is In A Lunch?

We know that humans function best when fueled with a diet high in protein, healthy fats, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Munch strives to provide balanced meals that are not only delicious, but formatted in a way that will truly fuel our children for optimal success.

What Is NOT In A Lunch?

We will never, ever include something that has artificial dyes, seed oils, or any item that has been overly processed. Most meals will be made from scratch in our kitchen. You are looking at homemade meals, made with love, from a mom who cares!
